When we arrived after booking direct a balcony room we were told our room didn’t have a balcony and we couldnt cancel but had to pay extra if we wanted one ( we did) Room was tiny ( but clean) only saving grace was balcony. Electric buzz all night in the room ( air con was off) place was a wreck not boutique at all ( no extras as described - dressing gown slippers etc) Receptionist wasn’t Intrested when I complained … awful 2 days wish we had walked away when we arrived.

We booked this property on MakeMyTrip and loved its prime location near beaches and veg restaurants. Our 4-day stay was wonderful, with excellent service and breakfast.

a well maintained property, room is clean and big room. but location is average and restaurants not available. staff was very cooperative. experience of this property is Good👍

I don't even know from where to start. I booked the highest package for this hotel. My package had a lot of added benefits like welcome drink, complimentary high tea, free mini bar, complementary late check out, breakfast etc. When I reached the first shock I received was that the room was completely different from what was shown in the picture. Since cancellation was not available we decided to adjust for one night. There was no complementary welcome drink or high tea available even after I paid extra for it. We were denied for breakfast saying it was not included in our package. We had to go through another processto get our breakfast and late check out. I still can't believe that I paid extra for benefits and didn't even receive it. The worst part is there was no one to talk clearly. The receptionist had no idea what was happening and couldn't even communicate properly. Had such a great experience in North Goa and everything was washed away with this sour experience in South Goa

The property is centrally located to at least 3 beaches in South Goa..Colva beach, Sernabatim beach and Benaulim beach..inspite of which it is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
Our package included breakfast which was very good and unlimited.
The WiFi worked very well, the room was very neat and clean as was also the bathroom and the plunge pool was well maintained and a real welcome in this hot weather.
The check-in at the reception was smoothly done and the housekeeping staff especially Dijen as well as the catering staff were all very polite and helpful.
Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay and we would definitely like to visit again. Would highly recommend Vega-a-Boutique Hotel for a stay in South Goa.

酒店不错，房间里应有尽有，床也很舒服。这里非常安静，我睡得很好。浴室里有个小窗户，晚上外面有很多虫子，即使窗户关着，也有一些缝隙能让它们飞进来。有一次我们像其他人一样洗澡时打开灯，简直不敢相信自己的眼睛——成百上千的飞虫在洗手池里、空中、架子上，太可怕了！我们只好用塑料袋把缝隙堵上，防止虫子飞进来。有一次晚上水温不够热。早餐也不好，种类太少，选择非常有限。
华丽的酒店！远离喧闹道路的安静地方！！工作人员非常友好！早餐非常美味（自助餐）房间每天都打扫！距离酒店 1 公里处有一个大型市场。从衣服到纪念品，应有尽有！我强烈推荐它！我们每年都想来这里！！
服务很差。没有餐厅。早餐很晚才送。酒店人员只顾赚钱。小心入口处的狗。他们还会收取额外床垫的费用。床单、枕头等附加物品也要收费。酒店经理很粗鲁。不要住在这里。
