Very high pet deposit of $100 and room had sticky carpets-uncleaned pet urine Very dusty. Microwave dirty. Heat didnt work properly, mold in shower, staff was very friendly.

酒店回复: The pet charge is $25 not $100. The $100 is a incidental hold which was released on checkout. I did go in and check out the carpet as we had just had it cleaned. The carpet was not sticky and I did not notice any pet urine smell. There is a smoke smell as the room is smoking. The microwave was not dirty. The thermostat for the heat is located on the wall and it in fact working when turned on. There was a little mold in the ceramic in the shower. It has been taken care of. Thank you for your review. I wish you would have come and spoken with me about your concerns so I could have addressed them with you.

Room was quiet but still had the 1970s musty smell mixed with stale cigarettes. Shower had a lot of mildew in the grout seams and the bed I could feel every spring it was like sleeping on a mix of rocks and springs. The pillows were so thin had to stack 3 just to keep my head above flat.

The room was very dirty. The spa tub has hair and skin in it and dirt and rings in the tub. There was a blood spot on the bed mattress protector. The freezer was nasty. The back of the front door had what seem to be food caked on it. The yellow blanket in the closet was balled up and smelled like man it was not clean. There was finger prints all over the counters and widows of the sliding doors. Bugs in the light fixtures. Ill stop at that. That's just scratching the surface. The room was disgusting. I got there very late.. the next day I went and talked to the front desk (around 11:30) and was told housekeeping was not there no one would clean the room I could either down grade my room with no refund or deal with it. So I insisted on getting cleaning supplies and had to clean my own room they had nothing but a wash cloth to clean with no sponges or scratch pads. I will be calling the managers tomorrow morning. I travel a lot and this is unacceptable conditions. I took pictures of the room also.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review. First, of all housekeeping was here and you were offered for them to come clean you room. You were not told to deal with it. You were told as you paid online the manger would have to handle your refund, but they could switch you rooms if you would like too. I did come in on Monday and handled your refund for you. This is even after you had stayed for two nights.

Don’t bother!
Staff was nice but that’s where it stopped. It’s run down, dirty and disgusting.The continental breakfast is cereal and yogurt. How it has the reviews it has is beyond me.

You missed a few items. toast, bagels, English muffins, OtisSpuntmeyer Muffins, boiled eggs, apples, oranges, bananas, oatmeal and grits. We have remodeled 25 of our 56 rooms and are currently working on more. We may be an order property but we do work hard to keep it clean and have the awards to show for it. Again if you would have come to me with any concerns I may have been able to help make your stay more comfortable.

From our check in to check out everyone was very friendly. Duffys lounge was a great little place to have some drinks a great pizza and then just walk to our room. Great little stop.
