设施齐全 房间打扫的非常干净 酒店前台服务态度很好 酒廊的工作人员也服务水准很高 酒廊很不错 早餐 晚餐品种也算丰富 酒店处在市中心 交通也很方便。
这次我们带行政酒廊的房间比之前小好多，我们已经是第三次来了，这次是唯一一次没有浴缸的，然后马桶和洗手台离的也特别近，行政酒廊没有可乐了，好伤心，酒水也变少了，晚上的酒只有红酒，感觉是酒水这边的预算被减少了，但是吃的还是挺在线的，不管是下午茶晚餐还是早餐；有一个小细节，就是之前每次一进去行政酒廊服务生就会上来问我们要不要喝咖啡喝什么，但是这次去再也没有了，不知道是不是政策变了，要减少预算，但是这个对于我们常客来说就是有点太明显了
设施：预订了四人间，房间面积还可以，布局合理。
卫生：干净
服务：服务很好，有空房间给我们提前办了入住，但是checkin效率有点低。要付100押金。
环境：装修风格南洋风，花砖很漂亮，lobby的圣诞树吸睛。
只能夸夸水晶俱乐部权益的延迟到六点退房这点很好了，其他都中规中矩，甚至有要吐槽的地方；
浴室洗澡漏水出来是个挺严重的问题，不知道怎么设计的，反正洗澡就漏水到地板，门口还是马桶位置，这样都是水，不安全也很讨厌！
酒廊晚上有一些简餐热食，味道还可以；
早餐选择了在三楼吃，很差，早知道去9楼俱乐部可以点餐吃的了。
很好，可以免费寄存行李，交通也很方便，在city hall那边，酒店服务员印度裔偏多，虽然沟通有障碍，但是服务态度很好，房间也不吵，有免费的制水机，还有冰箱
位置：cityhall地铁站步行5分钟可达，交通便利
设施：大床房偏多，双床房较少，我预约的是水晶俱乐部豪华房，check in的时候已经没有双床房了，如果想要只能调整到其他楼层；淋浴区下水慢，会有轻微积水；空调还挺凉快的；隔音还可以
餐食：水晶俱乐部特权可以在9楼单独餐厅吃早餐、下午茶和晚餐，种类比较少，但是每天都会换菜色，也可以单点面条/欧姆蛋等
服务：工作人员服务态度都挺好的，大部分说英文
押金：这次住三晚付了押金200新，现金支付可在离店时马上拿到钱，信用卡可能会慢一点
房间干净整洁，前台服务热情周到，小哥哥中文说的非常好，感谢他一直把我们送上电梯，介绍的所有注意事项，细致入微，赞美赞美！感觉像在国内似的！周边地铁，公交🚌都很方便！松发肉骨茶老店离酒店700米左右！
位置不错 就在政府大厦 去marina和博物馆都很近，地铁政府大厦站去乌节路 都很近.服务也可以 泳池不大 但是最受不了的是卫生真的很差 床下面和墙角的积灰估计得有几年没打扫过了！而且会有飞虫 经常会爬上床！另外 千万不要定周日的时间 旁边的半岛广场是周日新加坡所有的helper的聚集地 人山人海 而且很脏
交通便利，携程919活动中919元打下的，太划算了。加床价格是119元新币一晚，提前写邮件沟通，付款，到了床已经铺好，直接入住。桌子有点小，插电在桌子后面，略有点不方便。
出乎意料的好，房间很干净，装修时尚有风格，对面就是fulan商场负一层很多吃的，出行离mrt也近。总之，满分好评，下次还住这里。
