This was a very mediocre experience. The hotel is in the process of being refurbished (building work everywhere). I got an old room which was not on the main road. Even so it was really loud if I opened the window (and I needed to as it was so stuffy with no a.c. ) It would be unbearable in summer. The hotel now has 130 plus beds and the breakfast room is far too small. There were guests constantly walking around looking for a space to sit. In addition there is only one coffee machine as the other serves only oat milk. So the queue for this machine was unbelievable. And if you got to the front of the queue, there were no cups - the whole thing seemed to have been planned for far fewer guests. Having said that, there seems to be a shortage of good hotels in Flensburg. And it was ar least clean..

Big room, I think it was two separate rooms once upon a time. Perfect for the family, two could sleep a bit "offside". Rooms was newly renovated. No AC was a shame since we were there on a quite warm and humid day. Receptionist was friendly.
酒店位置优越，早餐美味，有红鱼，员工也很友好。但是接待我的那位女士似乎经验不足，让我为已经付过钱的房间再付一次钱。我说我已经付过钱了，她只用了三秒钟就核实过了。
我们对这家酒店非常满意。我们曾在弗伦斯堡住过一段时间，还记得酒店扩建时工地的情景。现在它真是太漂亮了——我们的入住体验非常愉快。早餐很棒，种类丰富，既不会让人眼花缭乱，又很美味（新鲜面包卷、羊角面包、普通面包、冷切肉、热肉丸、香肠、炒蛋、培根等等）。房间现代简约，浴室配备了步入式热带雨林淋浴。酒店位置绝佳，离火车站不远，步行只需10分钟。南市场（Südermarkt）也只需步行5分钟左右。我们12月入住这家酒店是为了参加2025年弗伦斯堡冬季舞会；舞会在隔壁的德国之家（Deutsches Haus）举行。强烈推荐！
人们本以为，多年的酒店经营经验和四年的建设经验会成就非凡。可惜的是，这个目标至今未能实现。瑕疵太多，现在还在施工现场。可以先试营业，之后价格就得调整了。最大的优点是员工非常友好，最大的缺点是没有空调，而且……装修粗糙、简陋，到处都是塑料制品，还有许多小型“工地”。客房服务人员应该睁大眼睛，清除油漆污渍和其他小瑕疵……如果他们还能看到的话。此外，酒店酒吧的灯光不太舒服，考虑到酒店注重盈利，这有点令人惊讶。盈利固然重要……但最好还是设计得巧妙一些，让客人难以察觉。真想知道室内设计是谁做的！
欢迎仪式很热情。我们下午到达，现场预订了房间。价格通常包含早餐（没有不含早餐的）。酒店几天前才重新开业，所以室外区域还没有完工。有停车场，但我不知道是否需要额外收费。楼里的工人有点马虎。歪斜的插座、管道、电线从灰泥上穿过，浴室梳妆台旁还有不必要的钻孔/洞没有封好。房间很大，可惜浪费了很多空间。或许再添置一件家具可以稍微弥补一下这种印象。晚上我们去了酒吧，和所有其他工作人员一样，我们受到了非常友好的对待。他是个好人。我的金巴利雪碧（Campari Spritz）喝的是金巴利雪碧😂。他倒啤酒有点费劲，而且只喝小麦啤酒，但他的友好弥补了这一点。早餐很丰盛。三文鱼让早餐更加美味。咖啡很好喝，茶很简单，但有8种。新鲜农产品种类丰富（西红柿、黄瓜、辣椒、腌菜）、鸡蛋料理、香肠、各种果汁和水果。总结：住宿体验很棒，非常干净，早餐也不错，值得推荐。
