We had to come up for a funeral. But the hotel was excellent as I am disabled and in a wheelchair so I have to be practical. But I love this hotel its always very appealing the service is excellent and the rooms are spacious even for a wheelchair user. The staff are welcoming and friendly 😊.

Our room was lovely & clean - breakfast excellent. Check in was a nightmare - only one poor chap to serve a huge queue of mostly families with young children. Checking in online was a waste of time - doesn't link up with their computer system. The reception area was in much need of new carpet & lick of paint. The dining room carpet was a mess in the morning at breakfast - a friendly cleaner started vacuuming at 9 am while punters were eating. Obviously staffing issues.

Our room was very comfortable and spotless. We enjoyed drinks in the bar before our meal in the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will be back.
