Premier Inn very nice clean, friendly staff, food not great we ate at lock gates cafe other side of Marina, which is so nice, fresh and cheaper then the brewers fayre obs just not buffet style and refill drinks and content included but rathe pay for nicer hit fresh food!

I booked this hotel a few days before travel and it was reasonably priced. I booked a marina view room, which was slightly more than the standard room. There was plenty of parking outside the hotel which cost £3 a day. There was a beefeater pub right next door to the hotel. Check in was quick and the receptionist was friendly. In fact every single member of staff from cleaners to receptionists were lovely. Our room overlooked the marina and had a full length window, for an even better view. The room was not overly hot like most premier inns, the temperature was perfect and could be altered by the heating thermostat. The room was very clean and the hotel was fairly quiet, even though there were lots of guests. I ended up staying an extra night due to snowy weather and the receptionist was very helpful in helping to book this online. There were lots of restaurants and bars on the marina. Plus the hotel is not far from Wetherspoons, Morrisons, gala bingo & lots of other retail park shops. Theo premier inn is the best I’ve stayed in & I will definitely be back.

They met our expectations Louise the manager give us some staff biscuits and the night porter give us an ironing board so I could iron a shirt for the funeral I was going to the following day. The TV wasn’t tuned in correctly babe station was on ch1
