Always enjoy staying here because of the location and great staff the rooms are very clean and comfortable,the exterior could benefit from a refurb.

Literal port in a storm during the snow when we had to bail out of getting to more rural accommodation. With two kids and bikes. The receptionist was very accommodation making sure we got the best room that would be the least awkward. Great room and food, very reasonable and great staff. We unexpectedly had a great time after an initially disappointing end to our journey

I had a wheelchair access room which was very large and had everything I needed. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The adjacent Shepherds Rest pub does great evening meals and breakfast, is very welcoming, and the staff are great. We had a lovely Hogmanay night there. Many thanks to the Premier Inn and Shepherds Rest for a really nice break

As always with Primier Inn, the Beds are Comfey, and the Room's are spotless! The staff are always lovely. At all, Primier Inn, there are restronts attached where you can get dinner and all included Primier Inn Breckfast. The Primier Inn Breckfast is a Breckfat Buffe that has everything that you can think of!

Clean and comfy space. Does what it needed to do for a weekend away to see friends. Friendly and helpful staff. Food at pub next door was excellent

Clean, comfortable room; we were feeling the cold and were able to turn up the temperature quickly. It was nice to have the option of a hot bath.

Stayed here before travelling to Peterhead the next day. Lots of parking available which is a bonus! Receptionist was very informative and helpful. Room was immaculate - however there was no plug for my razor in the bathroom which is odd because in every Premier Inn i've stayed at - there's always a plug but this one didn't have any. Ceiling of the room was a bit low near the window so did have to mind my head at times. Restaurant next door was also good for breakfast and dinner - staff were great and the food was amazing as well! Did want to have a hot shower, but the water was lukewarm and did take ages to heat up, despite that my stay at the hotel was great and I will definitely be back!

Room was advertised as accessible, but it was not accessible for disabled customers. Bed and bathroom were awkward to use. We were disturbed by room service coming in at 08:00 as we were dressing. Poor value for money. We won't use again.

We have stayed in many "Premier Inns" but this was one of the best. Particularly impressive was Fiona,the receptionist.She was extremely courteous and efficient:she printed out a map of our destination for the next day and also a menu;she gave us a second key and bath towel immediately on request and offered us a sheet when we mentioned we find the hotel's duvets too heavy. These may seem to be qualities essential for a receptionist.However,I once spent the night in a "Premier Inn"where I waited in a queue with 4 other people to be checked in while the receptionist argued loudly on the phone about a delivery to his home.He made no apology. I have read another recent review.Our room was also on the second floor & it was spotless.
