Had Christmas at the hotel what a brilliant stay we had and they looked after us excellent. Met Tom and his team and met Colin and Egg great people. Highly recommended this amazing hotel

Our firm booked a Christmas party here and I was very disappointed with the service. We sat down at 19:00, but the main course started to be served at 21:40. There were too many tables and the tables themselves were laid with too little space between each one, Basically the venue over was over booked

Lovely room with a good outlook. Room was warm and had fresh towels and toiletries. We went to the spa area which was great with warm jacuzzi and cool pool sauna and steam room. We both had a ritual treatment called calm which was professionally given and was wonderful and relaxing. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable we enjoyed the food in the brasserie it was well presented and tasty and a fair price for the quality received.communication between myself and staff before arrival was above and beyond and very informative.

Spent a lovely birthday weekend at the Kinmel. The location is very rural with the town of Abergele in easy walking distance nearby. We had a standard room which was very nice, bathroom a little small perhaps but lovely facilities other than that. Really comfy bed. We used the spa for a couple of hours which was small but very quiet, disappointed that the sauna was out of action though. My wife had a treatment and said it was excellent. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful, even letting me use the corporate room exclusive wifi so I could watch the football on my phone :-) Food was great, we had dinner in the hotel and I had a Caesar Salad followed by a Steak Burger - both were excellent and the Caesar Salad was high enough for a main. The breakfast was really high quality using local ingredients are very well cooked and presented. Service was excellent. So the hotel ticked all the right boxes for me and already planning to go back !

We had a lovely stay here. The evening meal was superb. The spa was in great condition and we really loved the hydrotherapy pool/sauna/steam rooms. The bedroom was a little lifeless (as hotels can be I guess) and cooked breakfast buffet was a bit of a disappointment after the amazing dinner. But we would definitely stay again.
