The location is very practical for my needs, the teams are really helpful, and I always sleep really well in a Premier Inn bed

We only stayed a night but we couldn’t fault the service or the room. Greeted by a nice warm welcome by the reception team and our little boy was delighted to find some Christmas stickers under the door in the morning which was a lovely and thoughtful extra touch. Thank you!

Stayed here for the 2nd time for a shopping trip. The staff are amazing, they are the best Premier Inn staff I have met. It is a shame there are not Premier Plus rooms at this hotel, but other than that, no complaints at all.

A very professional and friendly welcome from Cdu, and amazing service from Toby and Amy! The staff here are a credit to the business and really make a difference, hence the reason I return to stay when in the area. I was also delighted to see the rooms have been refreshed, so all in all a perfect experience.

Bed was very comfortable. Location great for Channel Tunnel. Quiet for early sleeping as our crossing was very early. Thanks.

Excellent location for nearby restaurants/amenities. Good size carpark. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. I was stopping away for work so for the money you pay including breakfast I would definitely recommend this Premier in to others and go again myself. Only gripe is having to pay £5 for decent wifi. 八月份在Premier Inn 住了一晚。工作人员非常可爱和乐于助人，我们的房间非常宽敞，这一定是一家新酒店，因为我们的浴室一尘不染。全身镜有点多，但总体来说房间很漂亮，而且不算小。酒店毗邻多家餐厅（肯德基、MCD's、汉堡王、赛百味、Frankie 和 Benny's）和一家电影院。唯一的缺点是我们在隔壁的 Beefeater 餐厅支付了早餐费用，这真的很令人失望。我们点了一份全套早餐和一份欧陆式早餐。全套英语真的很差，培根被撕碎了，而且很小，炒鸡蛋很稀，我的伙伴根本不喜欢它。欧陆式早餐只有麦片、糕点、煎饼、酸奶、水果和烤面包，都是自助式的。我原本期待肉类和其他食物，但我勉强吃了一些羊角面包。就像我所说的，这家酒店很可爱，但您可能可以在酒店内的其他地方享用更好的早餐。
房间总体来说还不错，但是整个晚上都传来呼呼的噪音（也不是浴室风扇的噪音）。我无法弄清楚，这让我有一段时间无法入睡。遗憾的是房间在其他方面都很棒。恐怕隔壁的 Beefeater 需要深度清洁。有些地方的地板很粘，桌子也很脏。他们还在等待送货，但晚上和早餐时没有几种食品。也就是说，我们的服务员特蕾莎（Teresa）竭尽全力尝试在早上吃早餐时纠正这个问题。她很可爱。非常贴心。她真的救了。想要感谢她。
