Stayed with family over the weekend. Great hotel and staff. Had breakfast at the restaurant but did not have dinner as we went to the city in the evening. Highly recommend.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the Premier Inn staff, during my stay i recieved amazing customer service, they went above and beyond in many ways. Going forward when visiting family and friends in Aberdeen, i will be staying at this hotel, very clean, friendly staff and fantastic location. Once again, thank you to everyone at the hotel Keep up the good work

Fantastic hotel located just outside Aberdeen. Every team member encountered very polite and friendly. There is plenty parking available and it’s free of charge. Restaurant next door very convenient and good quality. Overall a good experience will be staying again

Rooms were great quality and exceeded our expectations after having read some negative reviews. We found the rooms clean, tidy, well maintained and fulfilled all of our requirements. Meals in the restaurant were good value and reasonable quality with friendly local staff.

My family and I stayed here between Christmas and New Year to visit family. I have never stayed in one before and after reading previous reviews I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, the staff in reception was friendly and informative. Check in was easy. The staff always spoke to us going out and coming back in. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bed was so comfortable. We also tried out the restaurant for breakfast, we were catered for quickly, the food was hot and delicious. The choice was good and you could have any amount, good value for money. We also had an evening meal there and again the food was so good and the service was excellent. Polite and helpful. Car parking was not a problem, and it was free. We had a lovely time and will stay here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and good value for money! I liked that I could park my car right outside, and the check in process was very easy.

Awful service in restaurant. Very neglectful staff. Too busy talking and watching TV. Food arrive like someone had attempted to eat it already. Left before pudding arrived as waited half an hour since I’d finished. Not busy in the restaurant at all 4 members of staff talking and watching TV
我去吃早餐，结果餐厅的火警警报一直响个不停，工作人员却不知道怎么关掉。所有人都在餐厅里待着，员工们也继续工作。过了大概10到15分钟，我实在受不了了，噪音震耳欲聋，就去了Premier Inn前台投诉。经理只好亲自去餐厅，让吃早餐的客人离开，并想办法把警报关掉。她道歉了，也退还了我们早餐的费用，这点很好。但是，他们的员工每周培训都去哪里了？万一真有火灾，他们完全手足无措啊。
