The room was clean. The staff was professional and attentive. Very convenient for a traveler with a pet bird, driving cross-country on I-40. I've stayed here five times and would return.

I do wish can be an area for people wed dogs and area por people tat are allergic to animals because I do have two children tat are allergic s asthmatic and they get sick every time

fire alarm went off at :15 am. Hotel evacuated, then went bact end after fire department left. Never heard a word from staff. Will not return to that location.

This hotel was probably one of the best that we have stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you needed. The rooms were nice and clean including the carpet, which is always a plus :-) the pool and hot tub was nice and clean… We will definitely be staying here again.

酒店很新，也很干净。早餐是自助餐，有奶酪煎蛋卷、香肠、肉汁、土豆饼、饼干以及其他各种食物。
一切都不错，唯有水量太小，较不方便。
抵达后：淋浴间的地板很脏，硬木地板上留有头发，WiFi 速度慢得令人无法使用，标有“备用枕头”的袋子里装着一套床单/没有枕头，咖啡桌上有之前客人留下的杯圈，房间里有一股难闻/不清新/发霉的气味，两台电视都对应一个遥控器，导致跨设备操作混乱，虽然声称提供投屏功能，但完全无法投屏。各方面都令人失望。
房间很干净，工作人员也很好！早餐唯一不足的是鸡蛋本来可以更好吃！太难吃了！或者说，为了我的味蕾，我给3分吧。
