It is within a short walking distance from the promenade. Rooms are simply decorated, yet quiet and the sleeping quality is good). Breakfast is a regular Italian one yet instead of a buffet it is served by the owner from the buffet (probably in order to save costs). The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are facing the lake, yet, the view is very restricted if any.
