The room/bathroom was clean, comfortable & had all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. No complaints and would happily stay again. Plenty of free on site parking is also a bonus.:)

工作人员很友好，房间干净整洁，但热得像撒哈拉沙漠深处一样。他们的暖气片需要加装恒温器，至少还要加个风扇。在寒冷的二月中旬，我整晚都开着窗户睡觉，天气太热了，让我晚上住得非常不舒服。
床很舒服！房间很干净，唯一的小抱怨是淋浴屏周围。
水壶不能用，得按住按钮才能烧开。
抵达后，不得不去找人办理入住手续。
早餐时，不得不去找工作人员索要缺少的物品。他们没有带我们去餐桌，所以我们选了一张没有预订的桌子，然后被要求换桌，因为没有餐具。另一对夫妇进来，坐在同一张桌子上——那里有很多空桌子，因为只有我们两个人，工作人员没有要求他们换桌，而是把餐具拿过来了。
我们房间里有一瓶葡萄酒，但没有开瓶器，当我们要求开瓶器时，工作人员非常粗鲁，不愿意帮我们开，虽然他们开了，但我们感觉自己好像做错了什么。

房间非常热，水槽非常陈旧，有裂缝，淋浴时浴室的水会漏到主房间。
朋友告诉我们这家酒店的清洁度有问题，因此我们没有继续入住，因为《米德尔斯堡公报》报道说，在一次检查失败后，第二次检查发现 3 个地方有老鼠粪便。更糟糕的是，他们不退还我们的预订费。
早餐很冷，甚至餐厅开门 30 分钟后早餐也还是冷的。谷物选择有限，只提供速溶咖啡。房间里没有冰箱或微波炉，房间很冷。告诉接待处需要更换灯泡，但从未发生过。窗台正在脱落。
