Had a gold spa package here brought by my son for my birthday and it was by done by a lovely girl called Bo would highly recommend it

My wife and I had a 2 night all inclusive break and we loved it! The room was comfortable. The food was great and the staff were wonderful. We have hunted for a fault and the only thing was we would have liked a bigger serviette!! We even had the first sunny days of the year. We will be back🤩

Had dog friendly room which was clean and comfy easy assessable to take dog outside. Dog mat, dishes and towel along with dog gift bag provided. Excellent value for out of season stay. Staff were super friendly to us and our dog. Check in and out easy. Used bus to get around as stop outside Hotel both sides of road. Quiet as out of season so didnt really see other guests. Uded Appledore room for eating as dog was allowed here. Loved big shower. Would recommend Hotel to others. Returning in June for music weekend.

I would like to have stayed here as part of my Devon c2c cycle ride, as it passes close by. It looks nice, close to cycle route, reasonably priced and dog friendly. However, the hotel claim that there is nowhere that we can store 2 bicycles overnight, so are unable to accommodate us. Really?

Great location. Very handy for me to visit my dad. The staff are lovely. Couldn’t be more helpful. The hotel itself is a bit tired. But serviceable.

Reasonable stay but, never again. The hotel looks, on the surface, pleasant. However, food was not that good. Staff pleasant and helpful. The thing that really let it down, from one experience, was that on boxing day I was ill. Turned out it was flu. Not the hotels fault. I was so bad: I didn't know what was wrong I called 101, who called an ambulance. The ambulance arrived but operatives couldn't get in as the hotel was locked down. Post 1130. I had a call from the operators asking me to go down to assist. I couldn't help at first as no one was around. I tried the phone on reception, the phones in the rooms are disconnected I was later informed. Eventually I was able to let the paramedics in. The person who was supposed to be on night duty eventually turned up in his pyjamas. I ended up in hospital but, my point is, if there had been a worse case, e. g a fire, what could have have possibly been the outcome, with no 24 hour cover and no fire exit visible and front door locked

Very nice hotel excellent rooms great food and excellent staff. The location of the hotel had an excellent view also a swimming pool.

From the booking to the visit, the hotel was excellent. Marguerite on the front desk was exceptional, welcoming and a true frontline Hero. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
