I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay at Tamasha Hotel in Bromley, UK, on June 12. Unfortunately, I encountered several unexpected issues: 1. There were no porters available to assist with luggage transport to the 3rd floor, and there was no elevator. 2. The hotel was anbsolu empty, with only my companion and me as guests creating an unsettling atmosphere. What about if a fire broke out!? 3. The room lacked air conditioning, proper closet facilities, and a safe. Additionally, the bed sheets and towels were stained, and the sink had two taps (no mixer), with weak WiFi connectivity. 4. We waited for the receptionist to arrive the next morning to express our desire to leave, but he informed us that we could exit without a refund, as we had already been charged for four nights upon our check-in last night 5. I have requested American Express to freeze my pending settlement and have also lodged a complaint with AMEX I kindly ask that you to warn your clients about the Tamasha Hotel I have since relocated to Bromley Court Hotel, which offered a much better experience at a lower rate. What an absolute delight to stay in this lovely clean hotel Service was absolutely lovely I was visiting from Cambridge They booked me in little early as I arrived hour early We had a waiter who served us a lovely continental breakfast .He was very charming polite The beds was so crisp white linen Fresh room We will be back to stay Next time to enjoy the restaurant for evening meal next time Thankyou Maxine Rawles
