A real gem!
We stayed on the fifth floor with direct access to the terrace. It was amazing…watching the sunset from the terrace with a few drinks was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely worth staying here! Tisha at the front desk was warm, kind, and helpful. The girl at the bar was not very friendly but we were only there to get our drinks and enjoy them from the terrace.

我会在一两天内联系酒店管理层。我们今天下午4点入住。酒店正在施工，他们不会提前通知你。我们付了钱订了一间带露台的特大床套房，但空调坏了，所以他们不得不把我们换到一间标准双人房，没有休息区/套房/露台等等（这些东西我们付了钱，却没有收到）。他们基本上降级了我们的房间等级，因为他们修不好221房间的空调。于是我们又多付了80美元，想换一间更大的房间，但最终没能修好。到目前为止，体验很差，前台工作人员既不专业，着装也得体。此外，他们想在我们入住房间时“修空调”，而不是把我们换到其他房间。而且，那个本该来检查我们房间空调的技术人员把我们的房门敞开着，所以当我们从大堂回来时，我们所有的东西都暴露在外，任何住在那一层的人都可能拿走我们房间里的任何东西。管理层和/或业主需要联系我，他们有我的邮箱和电话号码。你可以做得更好！
今年我游遍了全美50个州，主要想去一些小镇，而堪萨斯州的劳伦斯是我最终的选择。度过了美好的一天，工作人员也非常友好。特别感谢艾米推荐了几个值得游览的地方和美食！地理位置优越，就在校园附近的山上。
这家酒店最近经历了漫长而痛苦的翻修。我提前退房了——还放弃了已经付过钱的一晚——因为我住的时候太乱了。很吵，很大一部分区域都关门了等等。
我们预订了双人间，但入住时没有空房，所以我们一家人睡在了加长型床。非常失望
