Vacanceole cancelled our accommodation with no explanation just three weeks before our holiday, at the busiest time of year, so that it was impossible to find anything else without spending thousands more. Refused to respond to calls or emails, or provide any compensation. Eventually, their response to a legal letter was to say that they had offered alternative accommodation and we never responded -- completely untrue! AVOID!!
