The room had no hot water. Room cleaner never came to our room we had to go to front desk and ask for towels and they were rude. Will never stay here again

The guy at the desk was super friendly. The room smelled strongly like old musty laundry that was forgotten in the washer but I was exhausted and just wanted a shower and to lay down. After getting in the tub I noticed a bug on the ceiling, when I got out and looked around the room there were ALOT of bugs on the ceiling and around the window and dead ones on the floor. It was stink bugs and I looked them up and they dont bite or bother people. With me being ready to sleep and fresh from the bath with my things scattered everywhere, I wasnt worried about asking for another room. Towels were all clean but very stained. Bed slept well. Next morning I told the front desk guy about the bugs and showed pictures and he said a field behind the property had been sprayed which sent all the bugs to the motel, but they had also sprayed and thats why there were dead ones. Since I didnt ask for another room even after the smell and bugs, I didnt feel like I should press for a refund or anything. Overall I had a place to crash and thats what I needed.
