我们抵达时，酒店正在装修，我们并不知道。当时酒店临时设立了接待处，工作人员彬彬有礼，热情接待。他们热情地告诉我们，我们的房间升级了。我们坐了一小段马车，就被带到了房间。令人失望的是，房间里弥漫着潮湿的气味，大坝的景色被树木遮挡，当然，在这种自然环境下，这也可以接受。之后，情况变得更糟了。由于装修，主餐厅没有营业。临时餐厅缺乏人情味和氛围。一开始我们只喝了热水，菜单也有限。最糟糕的是，唯一提供的软饮料是可乐。仅此而已。我和餐饮经理聊了聊，餐饮方面没有任何变化，但他非常友好地帮我们升级到了一间视野开阔的漂亮房间。坦白说，早餐简直是笑话。草莓奶昔、一份麦片（服务员会念给我们听）、一份鸡蛋和一些水果碎。顺便说一句，我们只看到另一对夫妇住在这家酒店。最令人气愤的是退房的时候。他们检查完房间后，给了我们一张“通行证”，让我们可以离开安检处。经理尽力让我们住得更愉快，说实话。看来翻新是因为他们要升级成五星级了。祝你好运。

We had such a good experience while staying at Silverwoods resorts and all the staffs were super friendly and welcoming.Received excellent service from all of them.I would love to visit here again.

Excellent property located at a very scenic place on the catchment area of Banasura Sagar Dam. We stayed in the Romantic Villa and the view was so beautiful. We witnessed the water in all it form - Still, waving, shining - simply mesmerizing view. The staff were so nice and they ensured that we had a great stay - Candle Light Dinner, Pool side dinner...all were arranged so nicely. They were very courteous and had a good nice smile on their face always. The nature walk ***** the banks of the water was really refreshing and we got to see some breathtaking views on a misty morning. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend this place to anyone who plans to have a vacation in Wayanad.

We stayed at Wayanad Silver Woods Resort for a day in a romantic villa with a lake view. The food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, was excellent, with a great continental menu. The rooms were cozy, and the views were breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and plan to recommend it to friends and visit again when it becomes a 5-star property.

I stayed in romantic villa with my family and kids .The hospitality was very remarkable .The staffs are very polite and humble .The room is with jacuzzi .my kids enjoyed a lot.

Good ambience.Exellent service. We enjoyed the pottery session in the morning .And we like the natural walk in the evening to the banasura lake side .over all a good experience.

I went to this resort with great anticipation. I was greatly disappointed and definitely not worth the stay! 1.The resort has been taken over by ITC group and there are upgrading works going on. I was there with my daughter and my niece, two young ladies and the estate was crawling with construction workers . For me there was an underlying sense of discomfort through out my short stay ( thankfully or else i would have moved out!) This is my second trip to Wayanad and regret not booking the same resort that I had stayed before. I have always enjoyed my early morning quiet walks amidst nature in general in other resorts and here it was dusty and muddy. I wish they had put a disclaimer and I would have booked somewhere else. 2. Service is slow and rather negligible . Staff forgot the two requests that I had made a) My request for evening bonfire , no it is not by default or may be because there were not enough guests ( People know about the resort and are keeping away?)and hence bonfire is lit only by special request. They did it finally at 8.30 after our dinner but we were looking forward to having dinner around it! but sadly missed the opportunity. b) The reception forgot to pass on the message of cleaning the room. We came back after a day's hectic treks and climbs there was not even a drop of water and of course the room was not cleaned even ( triple sharing hence it was quite dirty ) I always thought it is by default they would clean/usually there is a notice card requesting the room to be serviced . Hence i had requested at the reception before leaving for the day . Breakfast Buffet: Only one morning we had a buffet and even though the timing is from 8 AM ( wish they could start at 7.30 AM as there are quite a few treks in Wayanad which needs an earlier exit from the resort) the buffet was not set on time! Second day we had to order from the menu provided, the choice was good enough. Dinner was average which we opted for a la carte. Overall I would not recommend this resort till they complete their upgrading works. Staff were polite enough , however, can be much more approachable and can add warmth towards guests! A big shout out to Ms. Haritha at the reception who was good! Rooms are big enough and airy , view is good ( Romantic premier villa) with a reservoir view and a huge balcony. However, the aircon was not working well ( Thanks to ongoing upgrading works it looks like the current management is focussing more on taking advantage of the guests who have booked rather than making their stay more welcome!) and now it is not the season plus weather is hot!
