Our third stay here and enjoyable. Staff are generally friendly, our maids could have been more cheerful. The usual person putting towels on sunbeds at 7.45am even though plenty to be had. We requested 2 umbrellas on a particularly hot day but were told it’s one per couple. We’d seen a number of couples given two the day before. I was quite annoyed when the pool staff gave two umbrellas to three people meaning one had one umbrella to themselves! The downstairs pool bar needs more staff, one person means there are often long queues to get served. Please note you can get snack meals from the Taverna bar but they don’t like to advertise this fact for some odd reason.

As always Pestana Vacation Club at the Carlton, never disapoint. We always look forward to coming back each year. Owners relations team are exceptional and such good value as an owner on options and a timeshare. The housekeeping do an amazing job with the little towel displays and the onside shop is a great addition to the Vacation club.

It was a fantastic experience staying here. All the staff are friendly and helpful but professional. Rooms clean and comfortable. The pub is a great place for a good value meal. Happy hour good as well but sometimes the music is a bit loud. Will definitely go back again.

我们抵达海滩俱乐部后，被分配到一套两居室的公寓……真是惊喜，住宿条件也很棒。两间卧室，两间浴室，两个阳台，两台电视！宽敞的衣橱空间，舒适的客厅，以及设备齐全的厨房。非常感谢佩斯塔纳海滩俱乐部提供的这次升级！我们每天都能享受到完美的天气。在经历了今年漫长而多风的冬天之后，我们真的非常感激。我们很享受探索丰沙尔新旧城区的乐趣……这里从不让人失望。我们去了各种各样的餐厅和超市，当然还有市场。食物很棒，人们也很友好。酒店员工非常出色，前台的亚历山大更是出色。感谢海滩俱乐部的吉莉安，她周五晚上为了我们加班到很晚！鸡尾酒会再次让我们有机会与其他会员见面交流，我们希望以后有机会再次与他们见面。总而言之，这是一次非常愉快的假期，我们希望再次光临……一次又一次。
我们多年来一直去海滩俱乐部，可惜的是，它似乎越来越破败了。浴室的毛巾破旧不堪，似乎有些“偷工减料”。花园泳池几年前重新装修后很漂亮，但现在每天早上都被嘈杂的有氧运动音乐和随后的无聊游戏破坏了。酒店有一个室内泳池，孩子们可以去玩，而且不会打扰到其他人。一些小细节让这里看起来越来越低调，不再是以前的四星级标准了。
