We loved our stay and it was so convenient to the spectrum stadium. The staff was super friendly and inviting. The hotel room was super clean and the breakfast they offered had lots of variety.

The SpringHill Suites is located directly across from the Spectrum Center. Athletic events, concerts, etc... this is where to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is very good.

My only con is if I pay over two hundred dollars for a room.I don't feel like I should have to pay for parking.That's just my opinion.Also I didn't like the lighting in the room.There was only one light on the far end of the room, and that was it, which ****** better lighting.

When I checked in, the room had an empty box where the kleenex tissues should have been and approximately one third of a roll of toilet paper, and no spare roll. Needless to say, we ran out of toilet paper.

Parking options were horrible. We had to pay $25 parking every time we left the parking deck. They were trying to force us to pay for valet parking. Also we called guest service for towels and rags and never received them!!!

The room looked out on a hockey arena. It was a game night and as a consequence it was very noisy.
