The pros: Clean room, friendly staff, super easy check-in, room was large. The cons: we rented a room with a jetted tub but it didn't work. The bathroom light switch was outside of the bathroom so the light was blaring in the middle of the night for those trying to sleep.We skipped breakfast as there was not much to pick from. If we had to stay here again we would because the staff was great but this will not be our first choice when booking in Osage Beach again.

The room was nothing like the pictures. There was black surface mold in the bathroom ceiling and on the walls in the room, the beds were not cleaned at all (lots of hair, from long pieces to what could’ve been beard hair), it didn’t smell pleasant at all and the smoke detector battery chirped every few minutes. There were 2 staff members that tried to argue about the room being “cleaned,” but I provided pics and video evidence. Those 2 went and hid when we talked refund, the third gentleman that came out didn’t seem surprised at all and was actually the kind one of the bunch and was very helpful getting a refund. Wouldn’t recommend and I would’ve slept in my car before even sitting on the bed.

You get what you pay for. We were comfortable and had fun but the room was dirty, there was some sort of vomit spew on the wall and mold as well. Peeling wallpaper and around midnight the smoke detector started beeping so the attendant had to come remove it. The internet didn’t work so we had to use our hot spot. And in the morning the toilet didn’t flush. But the room was cheap. Kind of a weird experience but I’m always up for an adventure. We laughed a whole lot. The staff were sweet and handsome.

Wasn’t any breakfast when that was partly the reason I paid for that hotel had to leave and buy my breakfast and I was up at 7am to get breakfast

The room was clean and smelled good, the water was hot and the jets all worked and felt amazing in the jet tub and check in was fast and friendly. Wish I would have been up in time to get breakfast but I missed it, the espresso machine in the lobby was nice though. Thanks so much

First room smelt horrible (like water and mold) but I was offered another room upon request. Second room the wall paper was coming off and mold had started. Wall had stuff on it and looked like blood splatter. Smelt like someone had smoked in the room. Carpet had a powder substance on it and had not been vacuumed.
