Nice staff, nice comfy bed bed, food OK. Cold room, poor WiFi connection, faint stains on one bed sheet. As regular visitors to Whitehaven we will not be booking here again during colder months of the year.

Stayed midweek outside of the holiday season but the place was still busy. Its quite a large hotel with plenty of car parking available but it was clean, quiet and the reception staff were helpful when we had a persistent problem with the keycard for our room - apparently its a common problem here. Our only complaint was the average breakfast in the Brewers Fayre next door which was well below the usual Premier Inn quality. If you want to find somewhere for an evening meal then avoid the Brewers Fayre unless you are happy to pay good money for average food and wait ages for it too.

We stay at this Premier Inn regularly as we visit family in the area. The staff are lovely and very accommodating, an absolute credit to the brand. The only thing that let's this hotel down is the associated brewers fayre which is frankly awful. Whitehaven has much nicer restaurants, much more pleasant people than you will find in the brewers fayre, try the restaurants round the harbour, or the local pubs please dont take what you find at the brewers fayre as an example of the local hospitality

Nice basic hotel but a month after I returned I got a fine for parking my car. Apparently k hadn’t registered my car (because I wasn’t told I had to). The person I spoke to yesterday (3 -Nov) said she would cancel the ticket but I had already paid it because this fine took over 3 weeks and it was the last day I could pay the £60 before it went to £100. I hate these cowboy parking and the businesses that use them. I will be seeking the money back from the hotel through the small claims court so It’ll cost them a lot more. Needless to say, cowboy parking failed to respond To my email. Premier inn has lost a customer. Disgusting

团队非常友好,晚班和早班团队都很棒。10/10 我们在那里住了7天,第四天问床单能不能换。早班团队(Paula)回答说他们每三天才换一次,而且他们不能(也不会)换,因为这是规定。我再次礼貌地询问他们是否可以换。答案是“不行”。“我们太忙了,规定也说我们没必要换。”我们预订了整整一周的房间,而且每天都预订早餐。我的要求并不算过分。可惜的是,最好的员工和最差的员工竟然在同一家公司。
我住的三个晚上中,有两个晚上的熟食早餐都是温热的/室温的。尽管我在早餐开始前5分钟就赶到了,但还是这样。另一个早上,厨师没有来——还在等承诺的退款。没有黑布丁——尽管房间里的广告牌上写着很醒目的内容。我直接向酒店反馈了更详细的信息,但没有收到任何回复。房间相对舒适,但在维护方面有所疏忽。我不会轻易再来。
房间本身很干净,符合人们对高级酒店的期望。毛巾没留下,所以第一件事就是回到前台,前台也没有道歉,所以这或许是常态。酒店外观非常破旧,油漆工作很糟糕,外面的栏杆生锈了。啤酒博览会很糟糕,里面让人感到压抑。早餐是冷的,而且好几天都没有黄油。真为员工感到惋惜。晚上需要等位,只有一个人负责食物和饮料的订单。Whitbread 需要尽快解决这个问题!好的方面是,停车位充足,而且非常便宜……绝对物有所值!
工作人员非常出色,热情周到。房间舒适温馨,大小合适,满足我们度假的需求。每次用餐都很愉快,餐饮人员也非常出色。
