This was a very basic room with a refrigerator and microwave, but no coffee maker or continental breakfast. There were no amenities in the bathroom - no shampoo, rinse, or hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice.

Not the best rooms but certainly not the worst for the price . My issue is with customer service . The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unnecessarily nasty to certain customers . This was witnessed on several occasions . No one that pays money for a service or with a company should be subjected to such disgrace.

Staff was great, hotel is okay but many of the guests are up till 2 am screaming and arguing or playing music loud and 8 am the guests are up and making noises in multiple rooms

Budget friendly hotel The room looked recently remodeled. Bathrooms were nice. They were completely tilled. Waterfall shower heads with great water pressure. New furniture in the rooms. Large refrigerators which was nice to see. The staff were friendly. Overall nice stay.

I didn’t like the fact the bathroom door had a hole in it and the blanket had burn holes in it. Plus had to kill to bugs that was in the bathroom

There was an odor to the entire building. The rooms were clean and sizable. A few minor niceties would really make a difference: a bar of soap, cups In the bathroom and extra pillows. A USB port somewhere would be a homerun. Usually the TVs have a port but this one didn’t. Overall the night was good. Quit and comfortable but the little thing would have made it much better.
