Place was fantastic. Staff were brilliant, exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. The apartment itself has literally everything a travelling family would need: - Good size (we were a family of 2 adults and 3 small children) - All bedroom's and Livingroom had a large TV and system with some channels and streaming - Kitchen was very well kitted out, literally every utensil you could possibly need - Washer and Dryer in the apartment - Location fantastic less than a minute walk to subway (possible to travel all around Toronto from here), diners, restaurants, huge shopping center - Our particular apartment had a nice view of the city and sky scrapers (was a duplex small penthouse on 9th and 10th floor) The thing that made this place so special was the staff. Right from the start they were so friendly, polite and professional. No request we had was denied and they made it seem like none of our questions or asks were a problem for them at all. There are 4 and 5 star hotels we have stayed in previously that have not managed to provide this level of excellent service. I would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact this place makes me want to visit Toronto again!
