Location was very good easily approachable, atmosphere was very nice & all arrangements was also very good . Rooms were very nice spacious and clean. To be honest I was very delighted with the facilities, hospitality, ambience and vibes of the hotel. The rooms are kept In very good conditions. The staff was welcoming ,helpful making sure to make our stay pleasant. Good spacious dining areas, halls, beautiful mesmerising view. Personally recommended to atleast come visit this hotel once to feel the pleasurable environment, great service and hospitality. I stayed at this hotel in July 2025 with my friends and had a wonderful experience. The outside terrace with bonfire nights was truly memorable. The management is excellent, and the staff is very helpful and attentive. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. It’s one of the best resorts where you can enjoy the stunning terrace view of Kud Valley and the Gondola view .
