Not the standard you expect from a four star hotel
A four star hotel should have much better rooms than the one we stayed in, and yet we booked a “deluxe-room”. The beds were super hard, no comfort whatsoever. The pillows were like someone had squeezed in an old mattress or something.
We specific wanted to stay in a hotel that provided air condition in the room, but when we turned it on, it sounded like a airplane engine inside our room and we to turn it off to be able to sleep.

酒店回复: We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay. Our mattresses are medium and produced by the recognized producer „Sigmapur“ It is a pity that it didn’t fit to you. The air conditioning is part of a central system. And yes, it is audible the first minute when connecting. But the device in the room is specifically build for low sound.

这是我们第一次入住条顿堡森林环形酒店 (Ringhotel Teutoburger Wald)。我们非常喜欢这里。工作人员训练有素、友好热情、乐于助人。即使在连绵不断的雨天，健身区和花园也让我们心情愉悦。早餐、蛋糕和晚餐都美味可口，是家常菜。
