This is a comfortable, friendly, family run hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The family Solinger, will do everything they can to provide extras that might be needed and love to provide information about their village and travelling around the area. The buffet breakfast provides good variety and the dinners have been very good.

This was the worst hotel I've have ever stayed in Europe. The owners were rude and inconsiderate. The room was old, dated and had live wiring coming out the wall. When we went to check out and said that we had been treated badly by the owners wife we got shouted at and threatened. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In fact it should be shut down due to health and safety issues including no smoke alarms and dangerous electrics. Glad to leave after one night.

My husband and myself were part of a coach trip to Austria. We stayed at this lovely hotel for six nights with daily tours to neighbourhood area inc lakeMondsee, lake Attersee, Bad Ischl Hallstatt and Salzburg. The hotel has recently reopened after the pandemic and is poorly staffed. There is poorvhospitality shown to customers at all the times. As the breakfasts and dinners were included, the food we were served was in bad taste and poorly presented. A single waiter ( the only one seen) appeared tired and bored. At dinner times, the plated food was brought to us , usually cold and unattractive looking. I guess one needs to give them more time post-pandemic to organise their staff at a better level etc.

酒店回复: ..we do thank you for your review.... taste of served meals are very individual things -- so we always try to find a solution in between --- seasoning styles. ...the different thing in presentation is, because we are in a different country - and we prepare meals with regional ingredients etc. ......if you had usually cold meals ---- we are sorry --this can happen, if some guest are eating more slowly than others......by the way we worked even during the pandemic times ---- but maybe you could help us with some properly trained waiters and cooks ---- that would be a big help for us ------

On a organised group tour of Austria. We stayed at this family run hotel and on the whole no complaints at all with the rooms and way we were treated. The rooms could do with a fridge and air con as we needed the window open which meant being on the main street it was noisy by 6am. We were half board and the food was ok for one but the other being a vegetarian it was not good. Pretty much pasta and veg or pasta and potato every night. The food going out to non half board customers looked much bigger and more appertising. The staff were great and helpful although seemed to be understaffed and the new guy dropped something on some guest every night ! Not the hotels fault but everything in the town shut by 10pm latest so dont go expecting ay late nights bar the weekend.
