This room has a non working microwave, one bar of soap. No phone in the room to ask the front desk anything, you must take the dirty towels to exchange for new towels daily. No coffee machine or anything you expected. The front desk have a line of people asking for help. We book a new room to get a working microwave, it did not happen and we returned the old towels ant it is no 7 pm we still do not have clean sheets or clean towels for the new reservation for the next two days. Not staying here again. We went down to the office 5 x but no towels

Where do I begin, Ive been here for a small while and it’s been the best stay ever. The rooms are big cozy and so clean. The area is so nice beautiful scenery great food places I love it here. Bryonna ans caressa have been amazing since I got here couldn’t ask for better staff

Arrived to check in and no staff in sight. Rang the bell several times and after 15 minutes someone showed up. Got to the room and kids are running around the parking lot in and out of cars. I brought my boat and was afraid a kid would be playing in it. We left immediately and ate the loss of money and booked a different place.

Very shady place. Definitely a rooming house or Trapped out hotel. Request a room near the office. Strange things go on in the back. People are up and hanging out at all times of the night.

1st it was 1245pm and I left Hotel 6 in West Palm @ 1030am. I received a business call and had to check in with my service companion due to the 96 degree weather. The front help told me absolutely not before 230pm. We sat in the truck with the ac running and I returned @240pm and the front desk first told me she couldn’t add a day to my reservation and I should do it online. Then she had the audacity to walk me to the back building telling me she cleaned this personally. I accepted and started putting my stuff into the room. I flushed dirt into the toilet and the handle was broke broke. I went to the office the lady told me “I told you we were in a shift change and the next lady on shift would assist me when she was available. Then I was put on the second floor (mobility service companion - 2x knee surgeries in 18months) and the tv wouldn’t work.
They offered me a refund and it wasn’t till almost 430pm before I got out of there. Today I see I was charged by that Ft. Pierce location on top of this experience. I now have to make calls tomorrow and sit on hold. Worst experience ever.
