说实话，价格和服务完全不匹配，通知前台送几瓶水，一直没送，最让我无法忍受的是房间有一股刺鼻的异味，让酒店处理，过5个小时也没弄，一层房间几乎没有采光，像住地下室，提醒千万别预订，很坑。
酒店很舒适，离我在Hammersmith的开会地点很近。可惜酒店外有很多流浪汉，尤其到了晚上，这让人看了不太舒服。
房间还可以，但淋浴间的水管里有股很浓的味道。
很棒的套房，床很舒服，浴室也很好，空间超大，厨房和洗衣设施都很齐全。在伦敦入住这里感觉很典雅也很舒适。
房间宽敞，装修整洁，各个方面都很干净。咖啡机里有少量污渍。洗发水等清洁用品好几天没补充了。早餐选择很多。
