We were in town for a funeral and thankful to check in early before 3pm. The hotel definitely shows it age and a couple abandoned cars in the parking lot don’t help. The room was clean and comfortable. We chose not to have breakfast at the restaurant since there weren’t any fresh eggs or breakfast meats. The service was good and everyone was kind.

Room and halls smelled so bad. People seem to be living in the hotel as there is a thick cloud of cigarette smoke in the third floor hall way. Back stairwells smell like stale urine. Don’t know if there was a wedding party there the night we were but is was loud as hell all night. The walls a dingy. Only good thing was the beds. Comfortable beds.

When you first pull up to the property it looks like it’s falling apart. The lobby is clean. No one was at the desk for a while. Check in went well. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Tried calling the front desk twice and nobody ever answered after many rings so we just gave up. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The young man on the reception desk was very nice and helpful. otherwise, not much good about the stay. Original room was ok but noisy from room next door and ask to move - was moved to room 104 which was not a good move -- room was old and bed linens were soiled with blood, especially on pillow -- had to replace it. Wifi was extremely slow and could not connect in this new room. Building was in bad shape on exterior with peeling paint and lack of maintenance. Overall a bad experience.

Good for brief stay
Spent 1 night as on road trip North. Property is very dated. Room was large. King bed comfy. Indoor pool looked well kept. Lots of food choices around hotel.

Don't let the pictures fool you! The building is in complete terrible shape. When you walk in, it looks great, but past the entrance and front desk it is horrible! They have remodeled the floors, which look good, but our room was not in good shape. Our bedding was dirty, looked like the sheets hadn't been changed. The bathroom was dirty and they had only one towel in there and no wash clothes. Breakfast was absolutely the worst. They bought things from walmart and just laid then out on the counter to choose from. We even seen the walmart packaging in the trash can right in the dinning area. The dinning room was dirty and very old. I wish i had never stayed there, it was a complete waste of my money and I am very disappointed!!!!
