Hotelli sijaitsee idyllisessä paikassa. Kylpylä oli hyvä, muutama lämmin allas, kylmäallas ja erilaisia saunoja. Hotellihuoneet olivat pieniä ja siellä oli paljon hämähäkkejä. Aamupala oli perus, mutta olisi kaivannut enemmän tuoreempia vihanneksia. Idyllic location. Nice spa. Different saunas, 60 degree sauna with beautiful view was our favourite. Small room and lots of spider, we are not spider fans. Breakfast was not so good on my mind.

We stayed here for seven nights in May as our base for a birdwatching tour of the region. I had looked at the hotel's website in advance of our visit and to be honest it didn't look anything special. Our experience was much better than this and we were delighted with our stay. The rooms are functional but very comfortable, befitting a spa experience. There was plenty of storage space, a very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with a good shower and very good air conditioning, which was very welcome in the unexpectedly hot weather. The dining room was very spacious and the breakfast offering was very good with a large choice of well prepared food and drinks; this was definitely a great start to a long day in the field. We ate dinner here a couple of times and, whilst the menu was a little limited, the quality was great. The position of the hotel is very good, being a short walk from the old town and on the edge of a nice lake, used by many people for recreation and with a good circular walk to gain a little exercise. There are extensive spa facilities in the hotel, available free to residents. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of these as we were too busy but those whom did said that they were very enjoyable and invigorating. This is a very nice hotel and, if we were to visit Haapsalu again we would certainly want to stay here.

We stayed 2 nights in a family room, that was surprisingly spacious with two separate bedrooms and located close to kids play room. Spa is perfect, it works both with small kids, but also for adults looking for some relaxing time. The location is very good close to centrum and beach promenade. Service was very friendly (not typical in Estonia!) and the breakfast buffet was also good enough.

Family friendly place. Staff is very nice and helpful. Good spa area, many saunas and pools for every taste, I really liked salt and mud rituals. Rooms quite small for family but didn’t spend much time there. Feeling good and relaxed after our holiday there.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Hestia. I had booked a room with a single king size bed and a sea view based on the hotel room photos, but upon arrival with my husband, we were given a street view room with two small beds instead. To make matters worse, the room was dirty and had a bad smell. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, their reaction was terrible. They treated us poorly and did not offer any solutions. To add insult to injury, my husband got sick in the evening, and I politely asked the staff for some medication. However, they laughed at me and said that they did not have anything. They even suggested that we go to a pharmacy, which was not possible as it was already 10 pm, and none of the pharmacies were open. This was shocking to me as I expected even a basic first aid kit to be available in a hotel. To make matters worse, when I asked for extra blankets, the staff did not offer any and I had to sleep in my clothes. Overall, this was the worst experience of my life, and I find it unacceptable. I hope that this review will serve as a warning to other travelers considering staying at this hotel.

这家酒店的位置非常适合放松身心......房间很大，宽敞，干净。我喜欢湖景。唯一的缺点是浴室，但这只是一个细节......水疗中心很棒，干净，提供多种活动，早餐很完美。我喜欢它
从外面看很丑陋，但进入酒店你会感到惊喜。酒店已重新装修。我们的房间虽小，但功能齐全。特别的亮点是水疗中心。自助早餐的选择很丰富，质量还可以。
