Staff was nice , room was a bit scuffed with water marks on the walls but no mold or damp ( like someone tossed a bottle of water to the wall and stained the paint ) , some of the furniture was well used.
Bed was clean , had coffee tea sugar and kettle, television and a fridge. Toilet was clean bed was clean.
Okay for a night stay.

Work needed . Kitchen and restaurant out of use due to refurbishment. A 50% dismount offered at establishment other side of town . Room in need of refurbishment. Dirty bed sheets
自驾去水上伯顿住的，房间大，工作人员也热情，适合自驾的朋友，因为离机场比较近所以边上没有东西，但酒店挺好的！
充电桩全都是坏的，电车没法充电。 地理位置很偏，不好找。
从外面看，酒店显得有些破旧，缺乏打理，但内部还不错。虽然晚餐有点零碎和混乱，部分原因是团队里有人把名牌换了位置，导致情况更糟。
有些客人抱怨他们的食物不够好，但实际上我们大多数人都觉得食物很棒，而且最重要的是，我们都获得了大幅度的价格优惠。管理层完全弥补了不足。如果问我是否会再次入住，答案是肯定的，我们会的，因为我们觉得这家酒店正在不断改进。
位置很好，上高速很方便。去切尔滕纳姆和格洛斯特也很便利。
服务热情周到。
我们预订了套房，住在画廊套房。虽然有空调，但他们却打不开，只给了我们两个很差劲的风扇，连一张纸都吹不动。其中一台电视坏了，我们入住的两天里淋浴都没有热水。没有单独的卧室，就像套房图片上显示的那样。他们拒绝给我们换房间，而且工作人员也非常不乐于助人。我们等着和经理谈话，但他根本不理会，甚至不在酒店里管理这件事。酒店位于繁忙道路中间，看起来很荒废。酒店破旧不堪，还不如拆除。停车机器坏了，所以无法登记您的车辆以避免停车罚款。所以只能等着邮寄来的罚款单。无论如何...都得躲避！他们根本无法解决我们的多个问题，而且我们根本不在乎。
酒店和停车场看起来不太好。不过工作人员很友好。食物很棒。酒吧区很放松。这是一家不错的酒店。
陈旧；毛巾和床单很脏；浴室里有霉斑；晚上能听到背景噪音（不是从外面传来的，而是从楼上传来的）。
