I normally don’t write negative reviews but in this case wanted to warn other customers. I booked a reservation for this hotel and they requested a deposit which I paid upon booking. About 10 days later, I received a email stating they were canceling my reservation since the hotel would be closed due to renovation during my stay and they ‘offered’ to return my deposit. Of course I requested a refund of the deposit, it should have been automatically refunded due to their cancellation. A few weeks later I still have not received my refund and the hotel has not responded to my follow up emails.

Genuinely don't get the really good reviews for this place. The hotel was fine (think Premier Inn) and clean. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic and clean but lovely bathrooms. The restaurant was sorely understaffed in the evening and the menu was very limited, although the food was fine. Breakfast was basic, but adequate. It seems you can order stuff but there was one poor guy covering the whole place so was hectic. The location is an industrial estate about a 20 mins walk to the entrance of Auschwitz.

又一家特别导游带我们去的餐厅。菜品不错，但和往常一样，我们吃的是肉（虽然种类繁多：火鸡、鸡肉、牛肉等等），但绝对不是肉。我们的菜单如下：- 第一道：汤，味道鲜美，比起只有水和意大利面的汤，浓郁得多。- 第二道：火鸡配蔬菜和酱汁。非常美味，而且烹饪得恰到好处，因为火鸡太浓稠了，切起来不用刀。- 甜点：水果，但我不得不说这有点令人失望，因为我有一种奇怪的感觉，他们给我们的是早餐剩下的水果，没人想吃。
非常干净，房间非常漂亮，Wi-Fi 超强。强烈推荐给想去奥斯维辛的人。酒店有内部停车场，有监控。酒店内部餐厅性价比高。下次我们一定会再来⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
我们周末要参观奥斯威辛集中营，订了两间单人间。前台工作人员非常友好，和我们说话清晰明确。由于第二天一早出发去奥斯威辛，我们订了一份早餐/午餐盒。这已经在约定的时间为我们准备好了。这个盒子里有两个精心制作的面包卷、一根香蕉、一瓶水和一份甜点。 酒店房间宽敞干净。对此没有进一步的评论或评论。 酒店距离博物馆仅一箭之遥。
这不是四星级酒店！我们选择它是因为它靠近奥斯威辛博物馆。小清洁！即使您拔掉房间内的电源卡，房间的空调也应该保持打开状态，但事实并非如此。根据要求，我们得到了一张配件卡，即使我们出去也能用电，因为我们有一个旅行冰箱，我们需要它保持与电力的连接，因为房间提供的冰箱不能用！接待员虽然不会说意大利语，而且我们也不懂英语，但仍然对我们的要求提供了帮助。没有停车问题，因为它很大，当然是收费的，一切都由接待员完成。 50米处有一家货品丰富的超市。我们尝试在他们的餐厅吃饭，也是因为附近没有别的地方，不用开车去，食物不错，但是选择很少，而且有点贵！
