Room was clean staff very friendly and helpful. We had a second floor room for the first night and they were able to move us to the first floor due to steps. Our second room's tv was busted and we wasn't offered a different tv or room.

I enjoyed my stay! stayed for a little over a week. Staff was nice the pool was clean not much complaints.

The room was clean, some hair in the bathroom unfortunately so long and so many that everyone could see. The staff were great, there is a lady cleaning table by table during the breakfast. The pool and spa were warm but be aware bc I had an allergy reaction due to an amount of product they used. I did not tell anyone, I went to my room and showed immediately and didn’t come back anymore. The mold is visible bc they don’t have ventilation in the bathroom. Well the location was good for us, it really worth the money.

Many issues with the my stay. Very disappointed. No black out curtains. Pool was freezing cold even though I called before booking to confirm pool was operable. First room I was given was a disaster. Second room they gave me was only slightly better. Tiny, old towels. Kitchen faucet dripped all night. No black out curtains. Single pane windows, you could hear every word that was said in parking lot. Breakfast was ok at best. Staff was friendly. Location was good for me. Not sure why you provide luggage carts without an elevator. What is the point of that?

Hotel was in poor condition. Ladies upfront were nice...but the place is horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE

The red roof in comes with its downsides but overall was fine for the price during my stay the front desk was kind and accommodating and incredibly helpful but I did find a rodent in my room on my nightstand during the night this did cause me to cut my stay short but the staff handled it with professionalism, and I even got my money back for my stay.
