My room smeeled like cigars, i was told there was no other rooms , because they were completely full. The room.only had 1 towle , not even a floor mat for the restroom. No soap no shampoo. Toilet would flush. It ran all night. People were very load and you could tell drunk.
I checked iut immediately in the morning. I was hoping for a refund for the additional 2 nights but i was denied.
It a shame that such a big chain company had such a horrible hotel. And un safe site like this.
Dont stay here if you dont like the smell of cigarettes cigars pets or load noise.

The booking was actually for my son who stayed the last 5 days in room 117 and has been bitten by bed bugs from head to toe. He's stayed on other occasions and its been decent, but this is really bad

Everything was great, room comfortable, parking could be better since we left to get dinner and the parking lot was full of work trucks when we returned, other than that had a wonderful stay.

No soap no shampoo 2 pillows 2 towels 1 cloth no hand towels. Wet smelly room Went to breakfast early all food gone asked for help said sorry we need groceries. 😓 never going back
我们房间里没有毛巾，第二天早上也没人打扫。厕纸和纸巾也都没有了。我们还看到了蟑螂和一些黑色的小虫子。我要求换房间，工作人员倒是很友好。但给我们换的房间正对着制冰机，早上好像大家都在那里取冰，特别吵。更糟糕的是，我开车绕酒店的时候，轧到一个大螺丝，不得不去买了条新轮胎。我本想省点房费，结果却让我失眠、搭进去一条新轮胎，还被虫子咬了。真是一点都不值。学到了一个教训。
早餐时间不多了
我早上8:25下楼吃早餐，被告知早餐8:30结束
床很舒服。但是浴缸已经很旧了，有污渍......
服务很好，位置很好
我们只住了一晚，服务很好，房间干净。早餐很早，所以我们最后才到的，没有食物。
