I travel to Cape Town regularly for work and have struggled to find a decent place in the Newlands area, until I stayed at Thirty on Grace. The rooms, garden, breakfast, quiet and view are wonderful. If you're travelling for work each room has a desk. If you've a car, there is secure parking. Thank you so much Rosalind. I'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Thirty on Grace. It is well located with beautiful views of Table Mountain - the house is excellently designed with great indoor and outdoor space - lovely pool and garden, the perfect place to relax. Barbie was a brilliant host ensuring we had the most delicious breakfasts. Thirty on Grace is a new discovery for us and we will definitely be back.

Lovely location, made to feel very welcome by Barbie (stepped in to manage whilst owner was on vacation) and Thandi in a beautiful home setting. The open plan indoor/outdoor areas make for very easy living. Friendly, tasty breakfasts. Bathroom/toilet in room 1 is not very private - need to know your partner very well if sharing the room together! Would benefit from more and more easily accessible plug points for charging/using various electrical equipment.

Why stay in an hotel when you can stay here. It is very well appointed, quiet, clean and has a great view of Table Mountain. Roz is a lovely hostess who cannot do enough for her guests.
