We stayed in a private Villa. It was suppose to come with room service. It took 2 hours to get a glass of Ice tea!

Wonderful amazing stay. Best resort thus far. Staff extremely humble and attentive, especially our Butlers. Now I was not impressed with the Steak house or French restaurant. Asian was very entertaining and fun to attend. Buffet was always great and good for a quick meal. No complaints overall!! Will try Joia in Aruba next!!!

The resort was an amazing experience. The property is breathtaking. The service was great from the start and never let up. The staff was sincere and kind. They made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The food was very good for resort standards. I had some of the best tacos I’ve ever had from their restaurant near the beach. The pools were in nice clean condition. It was very nice seeing the wild life animals pop up outside. It’s a resort I would love to visit again. Housekeeping kept the room nice and fresh. The shows within the resort were top notch.
The only downside is the Boomer fest who were in the resort. It was a very old crowd. Sometimes you’ll catch them giving you a stare. I mean you’re in Mexico. You shouldn’t be shocked seeing a Mexican American staying at the resort. You can tell some are just stuck in the old days. I was hoping to be part of a young vibrant crowd. This is something out of the control of resort.

JOIA Paraiso is the nicest resort we've been to. Staff was amazing. A friendly "good morning" with a smile from everyone. Facility was impressive to say the least. Entertainment crew were great and had a lot of fun playing volleyball and other games. Food was very good, would have loved to try more dishes. We have nothing bad to say. Resort is a short drive to Excaret.

Our first time at a resort and it did not disappoint. Beautiful place, room was very nice, clean, and enjoyed the jetted tub. Staff was friendly and gave great service. Food was amazing including buffet! Only complaint was the beach, full of seaweed, not clear, water was very rough and got stung by the thimble jellyfish. Recommend staying in the pools which are super nice!
