If you are looking for a budget beach resort with good rooms while in San Fabian, they try Happy Ripples. They have good rooms and very close to the beach. Their swimming pool though is not that great. But if its the beach you want anyway, you could just ignore the pool. Food is also okay. This resort is about 10kms away from the town proper. We only chose this resort because it is very close to my mom's place.
