Total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They lose bookings. Charge more than agreed. Tiny rooms. Rampant power outages. Small unheated rooms. Not so much as a mini fridge. Scary neighborhood. FALSE ADVERTISING ‼️ 🚨 Staff isn’t helpful. Won’t refund a dime, even if you immediately want to leave. Truly a horror show

I have been to 23 countries and never before wrote a bad hotel review. BUT:
1) They “lost” my booking (but ******* DIDNT)
2) they charged me DOUBLE at the front desk than agreed on.
3) the room was tiny, no amenities (I guess other than a bed). No mini fridge
4) bugs
5) loud noise in the hallway (constantly)
6) 5 fizzy AF channels
7) after 45 mins the power went out “for most of the night”
All I asked was for a 10$ refund, after I left after 3 hours. They where awful
Avoid 👏 at 👏 all 👏 costs
Ps all of the pictures and positive reviews are hoaxed. Total scheme from top to bottom

The room and property were not as presented on *******. Room was tiny, no air conditioning, in the middle of no where. It was clean enough but not what we expected. we left.

clean and quiet
Very quiet and friendly hotel close to the International Airport in Quito. Bathroom was very small. There was a restaurant but no service for dinner. A great place for one night's stay.

One thing I found misleading was the comments that the hotel included a shuttle to the airport which was not true. It should state hotel will arrange transportation to airport at customer cost and not listed misleading statements such shuttles to airport. Be honest hotel price is reasonable.
