I had a great experience during my stay! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention to Roshni and Sanyukta for their outstanding service. Their professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch that made all the difference. Overall, everything from cleanliness to hospitality exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!

Horrible experience! Do not enter if you're allergic! My last experience was very excellent. I am intolerant to some food due to nickel allergy. Just like last time, I requested the waiter to repeat same dish which is simple rice just tossed with yellow and red bell peppers, mushroom , broccoli and some zucchini with little sprinkling of black pepper and salt wiith drizzle of olive oil. It's really a simple normal dish which any untrained and unexperienced person can cook. First, tgey served rice loaded with capsicum and spring onion. Again waited for 20 -25 minutes and fresh dish of rice came on the table. I saw a slice of baby corn.in it. Then I just put few grains of rice in my mouth and my God, they have used some different oil. My mouth and ears started poring out fumes. My lips, tongue, throat are full of blisters even today. The person who clears the table said it's sunflower oil (which is high in nickel). But my husband said it contains some soya, means they served something Chinese. Thank God I always carry my Biochemic medicine for emergencies otherwise the Hotel itself would have to take me to the hospital for life saving treatment. Such a irresponsible insensitive behaviour! The manager, chef, the waiter no one expressed apologies nor offered cold milk, sugar for burning sensation! The staff just continued their work as nothing happened. Now for next 4-5 days to 2 weeks, I will wait for my recovery and slowly coming back to my low nickel food plan. A big setback! I regret to say no hospitality shown by thosse who are in hospitality business. They serve food what they wish to prepare and not what customer asks for. They even don't care to say No if they don't have the capacity and skill to prepare food. Give training to the staff for not playing with the health of others and exposing them to situations of life and death.

The hotel reception people were pathetic. They didn't even have a room freshener when I complained about the smoking smell. The tv wasn't working and the room wasn't clean.

Hotel rooms are very clean, well maintained and with basic necessary facilities.
Food quality and taste is very good.
Room service is quick.
Only concerning point is that hotel does not have dedicated parking space for guests staying in it.
Parking space is available outside hotel and on the service road which is mostly occupied by the restaurant only customers. Hotel rooms are clean, Well maintained and equiped with necessary basic facilities.

The stay was quite good
-Problems with hot water was there throughout the stay, but whenever I called the housekeeping they came resolved the problem
But it was atleast twice in a day in the 2 nights and 3 days time.
-Plus the soap dispenser had problems, which later when called provided a handy lifebuoy soap.
-There was dust below the bed too... Which neither I pointed out nor was cleant.
-no any refrigerator in the room, additionally when I told them to keep my ice cream in their refrigerator, they did, but later when I picked it up from there, it had already started melting which made my experience of the ice cream a little worse.
Otherwise it wasn't the first time at krishna palace for me, it has most of the times been good except of sometimes room availability issues.

Usually the place has good breakfast options, this time the options were pretty ordinary ! washrooms dont have dryer, soaps, shampoo’s, not even dettol next to wash basin which is strange. Door mat next to washroom need to be asked till then nobody bothers! roof top restaurant is good place and taste is good at a given price. Cocktails can be tried out, all veg nonveg starters too are good. Overall a bit high price for what they offer in room but location is good so people choose it seems.
