Our entire experience was dominated by the lack of air conditioning in the hot Portuguese summer. The accommodations were reasonable for the price, and the shared bathrooms situation was fine, but lack of AC makes it difficult because room doesn't cool down even at night. What is strange is that there is AC in the hallways and bathrooms - just not in the rooms!

We stayed in the hotel as a small group of guys away for the weekend. Rooms were perfect, small but clean and met our needs perfectly. Good size showers. Nothing fancy but nice! I excellent location. I will return to this hotel next time I visit

The hotel is nice and clean . Mind there's no fridge, but this was not an issue as we stayed for 1 night . The location is good . I would like to say a big thank you to Jessica, the lovely receptionist who gave us a 5* service with a beautiful smile. She was kind and very helpful.
住宿：家庭入住，7晚。私人房间俯瞰庭院，夜晚非常安静（毕竟是首都，晚上难免会有些噪音……）。位置：理想。两条地铁线路和多条公交线路近在咫尺，方便前往市内任何地方。前往机场也很便捷。舒适度：床垫很新（2021年底），所以床铺非常舒适。房间大小足以容纳我们入住的人数。这是一家青年旅舍，所以我们预订的房间或房间内的床位，以及共用浴室、厨房和休息室。休息室宽敞舒适。厨房很大，设备齐全。员工：热情友好，笑容满面，会说英语和葡萄牙语，既能保持礼貌，又能随时提供信息或帮助。抵达时，每人都收到了一张欢迎卡片和一瓶冰镇矿泉水——太棒了！清洁度：无可挑剔。不足之处：住客素质参差不齐。我们入住的七个晚上中，有两个晚上受到了几个毫无尊重意识的年轻人的严重干扰。他们摔门，在公共区域大声喧哗。很遗憾，这种事情我们无能为力。
简单的酒店，不提供早餐。接待很周到而且非常有礼貌。房间非常吵，因为酒店位于一条非常繁忙的大道上。一楼有一家自助餐厅，常客的大声交谈也会打扰客人。
非常好的酒店！！非常友好的工作人员！干净的地方，有一个漂亮的休息室！位置优越，距离地铁站三分钟！房间不是很大但是很不错！！！我们很开心！！！推荐无忧！！
