I stay in Arcadia a lot since my parents live near there. The Economy Inn surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much for the low price, but the rooms I have stayed in have been very clean and unlike many “value” motels, it seems the rooms have been remodeled relatively recently.
Bear in mind that this is not a Hilton, but a value motel. It’s probably one of the best value motels I have stayed at.
It only lost a star because the some of the rooms are fairly close to the road and it can get loud in the morning when trucks are driving by on the road, which is very close to the motel.

As soon as we opened the door you could smell that it hadn't been cleaned recently. The floor in the entire room, i don't know if it's ever been cleaned. the chair in the room was not clean either. and the white sheets on the bed had stains on them. the air conditioner was very loud. left us with little sleep.

Room was clean, air was cold. I didn’t interact with the staff much. But lady who checked me was friendly.

It's ok for a short visit. It's over priced, should only be $50,$60 per night. Towels are stained like they use them to clean the facility and bathe with. Old, need to be upgraded, renovated. Outside has a bad smell. Doesn't offer breakfast or amenities. Sheets and pillow case stained

The bathtub had dried hair in it and had not been cleaned for an extended time- it did not drain at all when showering. The towel rack was laying on the floor behind the toilet and had dust covering it. Staff cleaned the next morning ( I was gone all day), and the floor towel was replaced on the dirty edge of the tub which was still full of dirty water. Advised management. Dusting had not been performed for an extended time. The stand next to the bed had sticky glass rings- had not been cleaned.

This hotel is old and very basic, but the room was clean, and the shower was very nice with great water pressure. We were busy and just needed a place to sleep and shower so this fit the bill.
