当时已经晚上11点了，四楼有人不停地发出很大的声音，还跺脚。我住在三楼，想睡觉，但因为太吵，睡不着。我给服务台打了两次电话，但问题没有得到很好的解决。一家好的酒店最基本的服务就是让客人好好休息。我至少在这里住过五次了，这次非常失望。
位置很棒，早餐也很棒。因为没有准备好免费沐浴用品而被扣了一分，之前承诺过会提供外带早餐，但最终没能兑现。除此之外，这是一家很不错、很友好的酒店。
