Stairs to second floor were really dirty with dirt chunks. Stain on pillowcase. Pool was nasty-cloudy and liner was stained/dirty. Permanently stained vanity top. Mattress was hard. Breakfast area was nice and breakfast was what you would expect at a hotel but more of a selection. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Overall, very good experience. Although we were told at check-in that the rooftop a/c unit wasn't working, the room temperature was never an issue and I appreciate their being honest and upfront.
Loud trucks going up the hill in front of the hotel woke us from time to time, so I'd definitely recommend requesting a room on the back side of the property.

Very disappointed with the price of the room. I paid over 50.00 more booking on line rather than paying for the room when we checked in. Asked for a refund but was told since I booked on line not possible. Won’t be booking through ******* in the future.

Margaret is a complete inconvenience. She’s very rude. She don’t treat guest with respect. She screams at everybody, including police officers I wouldn’t deal with this place if it ment giving me a free night if that tells you anything everybody that works here as family and they will scream at you too as I was completely disrespected. I will never go back there as they are never wrong and they all stick by their families backs as this is a family owned business. They will make you leave with no refund and tell you that you’re not banned that you’re welcome back anytime. And charge your card extra money this is all a big front the hotel is pretty but other then that they reel you in and treat you like trash and the ac does not work they also hand feed there pool and jacuzzi they will give you chlorine burn and when you mention it to them they say they have pumps but they don’t all around a disgusting attude and environment with that being said I would not recommend anyone to stay

The room was wonderful. Spacious, modern, clean. The couch and pull away bed need replaced however. Pealing and bed seemed broken, not level when open.

Hotel property is beautiful with newer hotel. Room was nice but set up was a little different. There was only one night stand because of where the bed was and TV was small. Bathroom very nice. The room had a nice small kitchen like space. The pool and hot-tub were decent. Breakfast choices normal for hotel breakfast. Would stay again.
