The indoor water park was nice, and great for kids. Although, it does need a cleaning. Dirt in the water and on the bottom of the pool. Room was spacious and bathroom was decent size. Shower was equipped with the soap, shampoo, and conditioner bottles, however ours were empty and the front desk did not have replacements, but the front lobby had small bottles of soap and shampoo available. Arcade upstairs had several broken games, and it was ridiculously hot. In fact, it was warm in most areas, as if the heat was on but it was in the 80’s outside. The arcade was not enjoyable due that excessive heat. The resort has a decent location and staff were friendly.
We had a great time in the water park and would consider coming back if ever in the area again.

Pleasant trip. Rooms did not have bunk beds like it stated. Long walk from the water park. Didn't realize we were being put in a villa not a hotel room. Friendly arrival desk person, departure person just blah. Nice place tho. Daughter had a blast.

Filthy!
Room was extremely dirty! People wrote in the walls stuff running out from under refrigerator. Hair on the beds sheets stained among other things. Would not recommend.

Have been coming for years and the last few times it's been getting bad but this time was the worst. We were here Mon-weds and even though the calendar said the outdoor pool would be open it wasn't, and yes, the weather was warm enough for it to be open. I guess they started closing both indoor and outdoor pools on Tuesdays, so we spent $300 to spend the day at Jellystone, which is always a ton of fun, but wasn't planning on going there. Ended up having to go to Tomahawk to get food because the restaurant AJ'S wasn't open and not sure if the others were. The arcade was a joke. Games weren't working and didn't give the kids the right amount of tickets they earned. The bathroom in the indoor water park didn't have paper towels and the hand dryers didn't work. It's just disappointing.

The room was clean and nicely stocked. Floors were a little dirty. Was disappointed to find out the indoor/ outdoor hot tub was not working and worse yet, they were not planning on fixing it. They also talk about lots of upgrades but all I seen was the check in desk was moved and the restaurant and pizza place was combined and it wasn't a regular restaurant but more of a snack bar. No regular menus and meals. Disappointing since there isn't much for restaurants close by. Overall it seems like this place is going down hill and the new owners don't want to put the money in to it to keep things up which in the long run will make them lose customers.

Horrible cleanliness and service.
The air conditioning was out in the lobby and restaurant all four days. The floors in our room made our feet turn black. It took two hours to get or pizza that we ordered in the restaurant. Then when we got it, it was the wrong kind.

A positive shout out to David and Theresa.
The front-end manager did go above and beyond when she was finally in. The staff said they tried to call and message her, but she had no information from them which caused issues with our celebration that she fixed. Our reservation was also messed up, so we almost lost our room. Housekeeping was nice, but a translator was needed (Google is great).
The MAXIMUM depth anywhere is 4' in the water and averages between 3'-3'6". One of the lifeguards even told me she couldn't even swim! This is definitely a little children's place.
The closest place to do anything really is Tomah, and that's a slight drive unless you rent carts.
The main few staff members were run ragged, as there was no employees available to do anything; therefore the bar was almost always closed.
PS. The resort air conditioner was broken, and the air was dead/stale. There should at least be fans used for the comfort of everyone!!!

Front Desk Lexi was amazing
Very friendly, knowledgeable and when we called she was able to accommodate an early check in.
She was great with the kids.
We loved the pizza and the young lady who took our order was great.
