We have checked in around 8:30pm.There was no help to carry luggage neither wifi was provided as mentioned.Poor customer service.
They have offered us complimentary bed which is good.Breakfast was decent with limited options prettymuch southindian

Hotel was not hygiene, internet was not working. Even though stayed only one night and faced all these problems, hotel did not refund the payment done for 2nd day stay. Very unprofessional.

I was booked for 2 days 20th march and 22th march.... but, this app taken only 1 day... that too from 12:00 pm on 20th march and till 12:00 pm on 21th march.....
if you book from 20th march then, the day will started on 12:00 AM not 12:00 PM...
I am very much disappointed on this issue

Usually I stay in this hotel when I travel for Vijayawada. But, this time I had a little bitter experience. I was in ROOM NO;404. The look & feel and everything was good. But, AC was not working. Next morning I complained at the reception. They told they have get it repaired. But, still the problem continued.

mentioned that the property would give a complimentary 3 hours early check in but the hotel people charged me Rs 700+ for 2 hours early check in. Don't know who cheated me between the two.
The food at the hotel is below average.
They said they would upgrade my room to executive which is so bad I shuddered at the thought of the standard room.
The amenities provided by the hotel are either cheap or broken like the mattress provided is 2 feet smaller size than the cot. Only 1 working light similar to phone torch in washroom.
There were many of those small things of inconvenience but the most appalling of the hotel's negligence is there is frequent power cuts where the AC switches off automatically which doesn't come with a remote the only way to turn it on is to press a button which is at 7 feet height.
The most horrifying detail is they don't have a power backup so each power outage would leave you in the dark for 10-20 min depending on your luck multiple times in a day. Pray to God that no-one is stuck in their elevator during one of those power outages.
To conclude this is easily the worst hotel I have stayed in the past decade.
