Value for money as location was ideal for me very close to NEC. The hotel was clean as was the room and the staff very helpful. A peaceful nights sleep

I have stayed in many Premier inns over the years and the service we received from Mia at this branch was second to none. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank you.

Stayed after Warwick castle light trail. Had a very warm welcome by the lady on reception (on 6th dec in the evening) who talked to our children about the elf’s in reception and recommended different activities in the local area. There was also a selection box left in our room which a lovely touch. We also had a lovely welcome at breakfast. 5⭐️s for friendly staff.

Me and my lovely fiancée stayed at ballsall common premier inn and I’ve got to say it was outstanding, The rooms and modern and comfortable with cozy feel to them. The staff was extremely welcoming and police to me and my fiancée. I have to mention the receptionist because he gave us the full experience but showing us to our room and explaining where all the facilities are and with times they are available till. He was very polite and made us feel so welcome. The food was amazing and fresh and there’s not one thing or part of this premier inn I can complaint about, would highly recommend this to all people, family and friends.

确实很差的酒店。需要装饰。很吵，我们可以听到楼上和走廊里吱吱作响的声音。淋浴水龙头很难关掉。停车位严重不足，我们在 NEC 听完一场音乐会后回来晚了，基本上不得不弃车，希望没有人撞到它！早餐没做好，我们没有吃。欧陆式的选择很差。它很贵，我认为是因为靠近国家展览中心，但不值得。

正如我们所希望的那样，有友好的工作人员提供优质的服务。没有任何问题或问题。会再次使用。前往机场很方便。靠近附近的商店和餐馆可以使用。酒店内环境不错，很安静，没有噪音。
