Room key stopped working second night and nobody was present at the office to correct it. I had to walk 1.5 miles and get another room as I was stuck outside in cold.

They cleaned the room Thanksgiving morning and it is great and I checked in this morning and Steve is always very professional check in as a breeze

Staff was awesome. The room we got was already reserved to another person still in it. We had to change our room. The new room smelled like mold and mildew. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. There was no bedspread on the bed and kids were screaming all night. The staff did apologize about the toilet paper and were very accommodating to us. They also gave us spray for the room.

I didn’t like anything about this stay. I have to move three times to even find a room close to sanitary. The television did not work in the first three rooms the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and one room smelled like cigar cigarette and a mixture of bad cologne. Wood not recommended it to anyone

Steve at the front desk is a very professional young man. I’ve been asking to get my room clean for three days now and it hasn’t happened yet. If you wanna clean room, I don’t recommend staying here cause they are not good about cleaning it.

More staff, spraying for bugs, and always having toilet paper would definitely improve the stay. Maybe have more than 2 people on staff.

The room had no drapes no bedding on the beds. The toilet didn’t work and there were bugs everywhere I have photographs and video. I want a full refund. I would never recommend this trashy garbage piece of Hotel. There were crack ******* walking around the parking lot not well lit worst place I’ve ever seen the deadbolt did not work. The worst place ever.
这酒店房间太脏了。我订的是宠物友好房，结果地上到处都是狗毛，简直像一团团的云。床上只有一张床单，没有毯子，枕头和床单看起来像有人睡过一样，绝对不干净。我从车里拿出一条毯子，就那样盖在床上睡了一晚。我本来订了三天，结果住了一晚就走了。我简直要起鸡皮疙瘩了。虽然是便宜，但‘一分钱一分货’这句老话看来是真的。
