There was trash left behind from the previous guest. I saw multiple types of bugs in the room. The room smelled. There were no restaurants on the premises as stated. The room was dusty. The towels were small and thread bear. $150.00 deposit. Horrible experience. Confederate flags everywhere!

Had a great stay. The only thing I would change is the size of the tv. It was extremely small for the size of the room. TV's are cheap now so I would definitely upgrade to a larger size for that room (202). Other than that, I will be back.

Hotel was pretty. However it had a very old musky smell throughout. Not many extras in the room such as cups in the bathroom etc.

Very bad
Washroom was dirty. Bathtub tap was leaking all during the stay. At 6:00 am, roofers showed up a woke us all up with the noise from them working. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Nice hotel staff
My 2 adult children and I drove to the Shelby area for a funeral. It was an 8 hour drive. The hotel staff was amazing and let us check into our room early. We arrived on Friday and left Sunday. The only issues we had were due to no fault of the hotel or staff. A guest apparently booked several rooms and had a child's birthday party in the indoor pool area. Due to the volume of parents and children, we were unable to enjoy the pool area which was disappointing. Friday was not the issue but the pool was completely full all day and into the night on Saturday. Also due to having a full hotel over the weekend, no breakfast was available.

Pool was not clean and not clear. Most items at breakfast buffet were out of order or not in stock. Old facilities with remotes held together with tape. No clean towels available when requested from front desk. Outside yard was not well kept, and trash cans overflowing

Front staff Chris at night he was amazing! Check in was so easy , staff was all around amazing. The room staff was great and the pool and hot tub was so relaxing I give it a 10/10

The staff is very nice it is clean and it close to drive into Shelby also the indoor pool for my grandson.
